VBS Registration Form

Accepting registrations for children ages 5 through 5th grade. There is no cost.

I give permission for my child to attend VBS at Family of Grace Lutheran Church on the following dates and time: Monday, July 28 – Thursday, July 31, 2025, 6pm-8pm.

I give permission for my child to be photographed and understand it may be used in video presentations of VBS. Some photos may be posted on the website without names. If you wish to not have your child in these photos, please let the staff know.
